随着我国农村劳动力优势的减小和老龄化加剧,劳动力成本越来越高,严重制约了蓖麻规模化种植和经济效益的提高。淄博市农业科学研究院经多年试验,通过减少蓖麻栽培管理环节、简化农艺管理技术、机械化作业等手段实现蓖麻轻简化栽培。采用蓖麻轻简化栽培技术可以降低劳动强度,减少用工成本,提高蓖麻生产效益。我们从蓖麻田间管理、机械化栽培等方面介绍了蓖麻轻简化高产栽培关键技术,供广大蓖麻种植技术人员参考。
With the reduction and aging of rural labor force in our country, the cost of labor is getting higher and higher, which seriously restricts the large-scale cultivation of castor and the improvement of economic benefits. After many years’ experiment, Zibo Academy of Agricultural Sciences has implemented the simplified cultivation of castor by means of reducing management of castor cultivation, simplifying agronomic management techniques and mechanized operations. Using castor light simplified cultivation techniques can reduce labor intensity, reduce labor costs and improve castor production efficiency. We introduced the key technologies of light-weight simplified and high-yield cultivation of castor from the management of castor field, mechanized cultivation and other aspects, for the majority of castor plant technicians reference.
