本文通过理论分析和接触疲劳试验,研究了滚动接触疲劳的裂纹和裂纹源位置.指出最大切应力理论应用于渗层中裂纹源位置的确定时,有其局限性;修正了松本将的确定裂纹源方法,并归纳提出了计算裂纹源的一般方法.最后引用有关资料提供的数据,进行了校核.为了简化弹性力场的计算,本文导出了赫芝积分在特定条件下的初等表达式.
In this paper, through theoretical analysis and contact fatigue test, the crack contact and crack source location of rolling contact fatigue are studied. It is pointed out that the application of maximum shear stress theory in the determination of crack source location has some limitations. Source method and summarized the general method of calculating the crack source.Finally, the data provided by the data were used and checked.In order to simplify the calculation of elastic force field, this paper derived the elementary expression of Hertzian integral under certain conditions.
