机器视觉技术对激光机器人加工过程检测与控制具有主要作用。基于CCD/CMOS光电视觉技术,开展了激光再制造机器人零件三维几何形貌重建、激光熔池温度场、同轴送粉粉末流浓度场等3种机器视觉系统研究。3D形貌机器视觉系统:扫描宽度200 mm,扫描速度10~50 mm/s,最大误差小于1 mm。温度场机器视觉系统:测温范围700℃~2400℃,精度50℃。粉末流场机器视觉系统:粉末流量检测范围1~100 g/min。3种系统均可进行实时检测,且体积小,能方便地与机器人安装、耦合。
Machine vision technology plays a major role in the detection and control of laser robotic machining process. Based on CCD / CMOS photoelectric technology, three kinds of machine vision systems such as three-dimensional geometric reconstruction of laser remanufacturing robot parts, temperature field of laser molten pool and concentration field of powder flow in coaxial powder feeding were studied. 3D topography machine vision system: scanning width of 200 mm, scanning speed of 10 ~ 50 mm / s, the maximum error of less than 1 mm. Temperature field machine vision system: Temperature range 700 ℃ ~ 2400 ℃, accuracy 50 ℃. Powder flow field Machine vision system: Powder flow detection range 1 ~ 100 g / min. 3 kinds of systems can be real-time detection, and small size, can be easily installed and coupled with the robot.
