本文应用DEA-Malmquist指数法对浙江省20个制造行业2006-2015年期间的全要素生产率及技术进步和技术效率增长率进行测算,并构建面板数据计量模型分析影响制造业全要素生产率的影响因素。研究发现:浙江制造业全要素生产率贡献缩减是工业增长减速的重要原因;全要素生产率增长主要通过技术进步提高得到体现,技术效率的贡献不显著;高端装备制造、电子信息制造等新兴主导产业的全要素生产率增长率明显高于其他行业,反映了产业结构调整的方向;研发投入、企业规模、市场化程度和专业技术人员等因素对全要素生产率有促进作用但差异显著,特别是市场化改革进程迟缓阻碍了全要素生产率提升。研究结论为进一步明确浙江制造业供给侧结构性改革的方向和任务提供了依据。
In this paper, DEA-Malmquist index method was used to measure the total factor productivity, technological progress and technical efficiency growth rate of 20 manufacturing industries in Zhejiang Province from 2006 to 2015. The panel data econometric model was constructed to analyze the influencing factors of total factor productivity of manufacturing industry . The results show that the reduction of total factor productivity of manufacturing industry in Zhejiang is the main reason for the slowdown of industrial growth. The growth of total factor productivity is mainly reflected by the improvement of technology and the contribution of technical efficiency is not significant. The emerging leading industries such as high-end equipment manufacturing and electronic information manufacturing Total factor productivity growth rate was significantly higher than other industries, reflecting the direction of industrial restructuring; R & D investment, enterprise size, market-oriented and professional and technical personnel and other factors have a positive effect on total factor productivity but significant differences, especially in market-oriented reforms The slow process has hindered TFP growth. The conclusions of the study provide the basis for further clarifying the direction and tasks of structural reform of supply side of Zhejiang manufacturing industry.
