中国金属学会炼钢学会于1988年4月13～16日在重庆召开了第一次学术会议。亦即第五届全国炼钢学术会议。来自全国钢铁企业、科研、设计院所、大专院校的91个单位共296位代表出席了这次会议。10位作者在大会宣读了论文,系统地介绍了我国当前炼钢生产现状,提供了平炉、转炉、铸锭、连铸、铁水预处理、炉外精炼、钢中夹杂物及质量和科研工作等方面的经验,成果和意见。还介绍了35届国际氧气炼钢会议,世界炼钢生产、技术发展动态。
China Metals Society Steelmaking Society held its first academic conference in Chongqing on April 13-16, 1988. That is, the Fifth National Steelmaking Academic Conference.
