在国家基金委杰出青年基金和促进海峡两岸科技合作联合基金、中国科学院创新国际团队以及福建省重大专项专题项目等支持下,中科院福建物质结构研究所陈学元研究小组与台湾大学刘如熹研究小组合作,首次利用高效离子交换方法,成功制备出Mn4+掺杂的K2TiF6、K2SiF6、NaYF4和NaGdF4红光荧光粉,该类荧光粉在~460 nm具有强的吸收带(带宽~50 nm),适合蓝光芯片的激发,同时其发射为~630 nm的尖锐谱线
