本文通过对高脂血症大鼠,观察降脂片预防给药和治疗给药的降脂效果。结果表明:降脂片预防给药、治疗给药明显降低高血症大鼠血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂(TG)、低密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(LDL—C)。且治疗给药对高脂血症大鼠肝组织总胆固醇、甘油三脂、低密度脂蛋白-胆固醇含量升高也有显著的抑制作用。从结果看,预防给药降脂作用强于治疗给药。
This article through the observation of hyperlipidemic rats, lipid-lowering tablets to prevent the administration and treatment of lipid-lowering effects. The results showed that the preventive and therapeutic administration of Jiangzhi Tablets significantly reduced serum total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), and low density lipoprotein-cholesterol (LDL-C) in hypertensive rats. Furthermore, the therapeutic administration has a significant inhibitory effect on the increase of total cholesterol, triglyceride, and low-density lipoprotein-cholesterol in liver tissue of hyperlipidemia rats. From the results, the effect of prophylactic lipid lowering was stronger than that of therapeutic administration.
