追溯历史,重商与抑商的纷争在国内外几乎延宕不断,原因在于,重商还是抑商对于经济发展来说构成了两难选择。重商则一般容易引起轻农、抑产,阻滞经济的正常发展;抑商则一般又可能导致片面重农、重产,也同样妨碍经济的迅速发展。古今中外受这种两难困扰者不乏其例。因此,争论也至今未休。笔者撰写此文,自然也是为求得正确答案尽点绵簿之力。
The tracing back to history, the dispute between commerce and repression, has been almost continuous at home and abroad because the mercantilism and the suppression of commerce constitute the dilemma for economic development. In general, heavy business tends to lead to light agriculture and restrain growth and retard the normal development of the economy. In general, it may lead to one-sided heavy agricultural and heavy production, which also hinder the rapid economic development. There are many examples of people who are troubled by this dilemma at all times and in all countries. Therefore, the debate has not break so far. The author wrote this article, naturally, to get the correct answer to do the power of the book.
