TLC-electronic hot-rod discriminating machine is the first special electronic computer in our country to check the hot-ax of the vehicle when the train is running. At present, a great part of railway freight trains use sliding bearings and vehicles to burn shafts, becoming one of the two major inertial accidents (braking and burning shafts) in the vehicle sector. For a long time, the determination of the burning shaft of a vehicle is determined by the temperature of the hand-held axlebox when the train stops. In order to change this backwardness, with the strong support of the Power Conservation Office, a three-pronged combat team composed of Hangzhou University, Yuyao Radio Factory and Hangzhou Railway Branch was set up and started its development in May 1975.
