目的探讨院前急救医疗纠纷防范措施。方法急救中要保证出诊速度,120调度员要认真履行岗位职责,做好急救电话的接听工作,保证记录准确和完整,同时还要做好医患双方的联系工作。建立健全院前急救的有关规章制度,提高出诊医务人员的综合素质,配备齐全院前急救所需的各种急救物品和急救药品。提高医务人员急救服务意识及沟通能力,增强医护人员的工作责任心,提高法律意识,强化风险防范意识,提高医护人员应用法律程序处理护患矛盾的能力。规范院前出诊的收费问题,加强驾驶员的培训及救护车辆的管理。结果出诊人员纠纷防范意识得以提高。结论强化医务人员法律行为,加强岗位培训,提高急救人员的专业素质,规范医院前急救收费,提高院前急救整体水平是减少医疗纠纷的有效防范措施。
Objective To explore preventive measures for pre-hospital emergency medical disputes. Methods First aid to ensure that the speed of visits, 120 dispatchers should seriously fulfill their duties, do a good job answering phone calls to ensure accurate and complete records, but also good doctor-patient contact work. Establish and improve the pre-hospital emergency rules and regulations to improve the overall quality of medical staff visits, equipped with a variety of emergency supplies needed first aid and emergency medicine. Improve medical staff’s awareness of emergency services and their ability to communicate, enhance the sense of responsibility of medical staff, enhance legal awareness, strengthen awareness of risk prevention and enhance the ability of medical personnel to apply legal procedures to deal with conflicts between nurses and patients. Standardize the issue of fees before going to hospital and strengthen the training of drivers and the management of ambulances. As a result, the awareness of visiting staffs in preventing disputes was raised. Conclusion It is an effective preventive measure to reduce the medical disputes by strengthening legal behavior of medical personnel, strengthening job training, improving the professional quality of first aid workers, standardizing the first aid charges in hospitals and improving the overall level of first aid before hospitalization.
