生化和毒力因子是鼠疫苗分型的重要依据和指标。本文对青海、西藏、内蒙18个疫源县镇分离自不同宿主动物和媒介昆虫的鼠疫苗30株进行研究,结果表明,这3个地区鼠疫苗发酵阿胶糖、麦芽精、甘油和脱氮等的作用不同,具有重要分型意义。并用上述指标可将这30株鼠疫苗划分为3个生物型。4个毒力因子检查中,所有被试菌株为F1+,各疫源地均有缺失某项毒力因子的菌株。
Biochemical and virulence factors are important basis and indicator of murine vaccine type. In this paper, 30 strains of murine vaccine isolated from different host animals and vector insects in 18 epidemic counties and towns in Qinghai, Tibet and Inner Mongolia were studied. The results showed that all the 3 vaccine strains produced gelatin, malt extract, glycerol and denitrification The role of different, with important meanings. These 30 strains of vaccine can be divided into 3 biotypes with these indexes. Of the four virulence factors tested, all tested strains were F1 +, and strains that lacked a virulence factor were found in all the foci.
