关注学生的个体差异,不同程度的满足不同学生的学习需求,让每个学生都能健康的发展。在数学教学的过程中,学生因有家庭影响、教育环境、复杂的人际关系等方面的不良影响,学生间的差异日趋鲜明,而传统教学,教师往往都忽略学生的个性差异,采取一样的教学方式方法、相同的教学目标,使得我们的课堂仅有少部分学生受到教育,而大多数学生都跟不上我们的教学节拍,这样极容易让我们的学生对数学学习失去信心,所以,作为数学教师必须改变这样的现状,以学生为中心,多从学生的角度考虑,多关注学生,实施分阶段教学,保证学生都能参与到我们的课堂教学,使每一位学生都得到充分地发展,这是职业技术院校的每位教师面临的一个重要课题。文中就职业技术院校数学教学各阶段的教学方法分析进行了简要论述。
