一、概述锅炉是工矿企业中应用非常广泛的重要热工设备,锅炉对流水管是锅炉中的一个主要部件,每台工业锅炉都有数百根对流水管。这些水管在锅炉工作时因受高温烟气和炽热煤粉的冲刷,往往会被磨损、腐蚀而报废。特别是靠近炉膛的前几排对流水管磨损更严重,有的甚至磨透穿孔引起漏水。一般新水管使用一年半左右就必须拆换,这样不仅造成人力物力的浪费,而且严重影响生产正常进行。因此,设法提高锅炉的使用寿命,具有重要的意义。
