企业并购是企业发展的重要途径,但是很多企业的并购却以失败结束。本文通过对企业并购中文化整合的各种模式的分析,提出相应的策略。
Mergers and acquisitions (M & A) are important ways for the development of an enterprise, but the mergers and acquisitions of many enterprises have ended in failure. This article analyzes the various modes of cultural integration in M & A and puts forward corresponding strategies.
