对本县15个公社供销社工龄在1~20年的农药仓库保管员和农药员共54人进行了健康调查。各公社今年使用农药的数量最少为19.4吨,最多为106.3吨,其中50%以上是有机磷农药。经测定全血ChE活力(三氯化铁比色法)为54.1~107.9单位,均值为78.4单位,标准差为12.7。另选本地区52名不接触各种农药者,测得全血chE活力为73.7~123.9单位,均值为98.8单位,标准差为12.8。经统计处理,二者有非常显著差异(μ=3.64,P<0.01)。发现
Health surveys were conducted on a total of 54 pesticide storekeepers and pesticide workers aged 15 to 40 in our county’s 15 commune supply and marketing cooperatives. The number of pesticides used by communes this year is at least 19.4 tons, up to 106.3 tons, of which more than 50% are organophosphorus pesticides. After determination of whole blood ChE activity (ferric chloride ferric chloride method) for the 54.1 ~ 107.9 units, with an average of 78.4 units, the standard deviation of 12.7. In addition, 52 non-contact pesticides were selected in this area. The measured whole blood chE activity was 73.7-123.9 units with a mean of 98.8 units and a standard deviation of 12.8.
