跟痛症是多种因素所致的跟骨跖面疼痛,多发于中年以上男性,伞兵中更多。现报告如下。1 临床资料1.1 对象 2001年至2004年,我科接诊了56例因跳伞地面训练所致的跟痛症患者,男性49例,女性7例,年龄18～42岁。单足发病者45例,其中左足15例,右足30例;双足发病者11例。1.2 诊疗方法及效果本病的诊断并不复杂。有明确的地面伞训史,
