近两年来,偃师县诸葛乡和邙岭乡充分利用山区坡岭旱地,发展大葱生产,取得了成功。亩产1500—2000公斤,高达3000多公斤,亩均收入400—500元,高者近千元。分别是种棉花、红薯收入的4倍和10倍。在天气严重干旱,玉米绝收,红薯减产的情况下,大葱仍取得较好的收成,深受群众欢迎。一、选择适宜优良品种。试验示范证明,大梧桐葱和赤水葱产量高,适宜山区种植,尤其大梧桐葱每株可达半公斤以上。
