文章主要对吉林省北部的扶余市区域内农村医疗卫生条件现状进行了统计分析,发现:(1)村卫生室人力资源配置水平偏低;(2)绝大多数村卫生室的业务用房没有达到国家关于村卫生室建设指导意见的要求;(3)乡村医生整体学历水平偏低等。提出(1)通过定向委培等形式,加大全科医生培养计划的招生;(2)通过捐或与医疗器械公司协调让其以成本价转让等形式,解决村卫生室医疗器械配备不齐全等建议。
