利用正交试验方法研究34CrNi3Mo钢热处理工艺与性能之间的关系。结果表明:影响材料性能的主次顺序为:回火温度>回火时间>淬火温度>淬火时间;通过回归分析得出材料性能与热处理工艺参数之间的关系式,并得出最优工艺组合;通过试验验证,回归值与实测值吻合较好。
Study on the Relationship between Heat Treatment Process and Performance of 34CrNi3Mo Steel by Orthogonal Experiment. The results show that the main order of material properties is as follows: tempering temperature> tempering time> quenching temperature> quenching time; the relationship between material properties and heat treatment process parameters is obtained through regression analysis, and the optimal process combination Through the experimental verification, the regression value is in good agreement with the measured value.
