在１５年间９２０例次异体尸肾移植的患者中，发现１４例总结核感染并发症，发生率为１．６％，其中肺结核感染１１例，肾结核感染６例。１２例的结核诊断依据由临床表现，胸片ＰＣＲ结核杆菌ＤＮＡ序列检测及肾活检等综合力式确定，２例于死后尸解才确立诊断。经抗痨治疗后１０例治愈，２例死亡。文章对肾移植后结核感染并发症的临床症状、诊断和治疗等进行了讨论。
In a total of 920 corneal allograft recipients from 920 corpses in 15 years, a total of 14 cases of complications of nuclear infection were found, of which 1.6% were pulmonary tuberculosis and 6 were renal tuberculosis. 12 cases of tuberculosis diagnosis based on clinical manifestations, chest X PCR Mycobacterium tuberculosis DNA sequence detection and renal biopsy and other comprehensive force to determine, 2 cases after the death of the autopsy to establish the diagnosis. After anti-tuberculosis treatment of 10 cases were cured, 2 died. The article discusses the clinical symptoms, diagnosis and treatment of complications of tuberculosis after kidney transplantation.
