近期上映的电影《心花路放》中,影片一开始便表现男主角,在即将离婚时分割婚内共同财产的情景。微波炉、冰箱、物件摆设都被男主人公用电锯从中间切开,在他的心中,离婚之后是要进行财产分割的,而分割方式就是不考虑物尽其用,一切均分。实际上,在笔者作为律师执业期间,确实碰到过离婚双方各不退让,不仅对峙公堂,甚至连一双筷子都要一人一支,决不让对方占得半点上风。这已经超越了律师的工作,更适合聘请点算师作为代理人了。我国的《婚姻法》并没有告诉大家什么是结婚,只是教条式地警示大家,禁止包办婚姻、
