随着社会的发展和科技的进步,房地产经济在我国经济系统中扮演着极其重要的角色。当房地产行业处于发展过快或过慢的亚健康状态时,它对人们日常生活和国民经济增长速度有直接影响。房地产经济亚健康发展和泡沫经济的出现有直接关系。另外,国民经济蒙受巨大损害也是由房地产经济亚健康间接造成的。房地产健康发展在提高人民生活水平,促进国民经济快速发展等方面具有重要意义。
With the development of society and the advancement of science and technology, the real estate economy plays an extremely important role in our economic system.
