应用卡介苗（ＢＣＧ）治疗慢性乙肝１８０例，并以同期常规治疗的１８０例作对照。结果：观察组ＨＢｅＡｇ、ＨＢＶ－ＤＮＡ阴转率分别为４８．８％、５４．１％，抗－ＨＢｅ阳转率１０．５％，明显优于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１）。提示，ＢＣＧ对慢性乙肝疗效满意。
180 cases of chronic hepatitis B were treated with BCG and compared with 180 cases routinely treated in the same period. Results: The negative conversion rates of HBeAg and HBV-DNA in the observation group were 48.8% and 54.1% respectively, and the positive rate of anti-HBe was 10.5%, which was significantly better than that of the control group (P <0.01). Prompt, BCG satisfaction with chronic hepatitis B effect.
