每次求职见试,最让应届大学生难办的是,用人单位常常会问:“你有经验吗?”大多数招聘单位把工作经验看得比学历和学校更为重要,让应聘大学生无可奈何。如何看待应届大学生的工作经验?涉及到对工作经验两种不同观点的对立。一种认为,有工作实践经验的人才算得上有工作经验,应届大学生只有书本知识没有工作经验;一种认为,应届大学生掌握了丰富的书本知识,是种从实践中上升到理论的工作经验。而笔者更倾向于后一种观点,其理由是:不能把工作经验局限于个人直接经验。应届大学生在校学习的丰富知识是更高层次的经验。从实践论的认识论来看,一个人的知识,不外乎直接经验和间接经验两部分。学生课堂上得到的虽然都是间接经验,但它都是从直

How to treat the work experience of fresh college students? It involves the contradiction between two different views of work experience.
