红酒之所以是一种健康饮品是因为含有某种化合物,这种物质可能会很快出现在比萨中。意大利科学与食品生产研究所的科学家开发出了一种具有较高白藜芦醇含量的转基因西红柿品种。一些植物,特别是葡萄,能够产生白藜芦醇来抵御病原体。实验研究表明,这一化合物具有抗炎、抗病毒及保护心血管和神经的作用,同时还在动物癌症模型中表现出阻止肿瘤生长的作用。
The reason why red wine is a healthy drink is because it contains a compound that may appear in pizza very quickly. Scientists at the Italian Institute of Science and Food Production have developed a transgenic tomato variety with high resveratrol content. Some plants, especially grapes, are able to produce resveratrol to fight pathogens. Experimental studies have shown that this compound has anti-inflammatory, anti-viral and cardiovascular and neuroprotective effects, and at the same time shows an inhibitory effect on tumor growth in animal cancer models.
