目前,某些小型企业在装载机工作装置的设计工作中仍然沿用传统的类比法和作图试凑法,这些方法具有盲目性、局限性等弊端。介绍的图解法以工作装置反转六连杆机构的连杆为起点,自下而上,以连杆机构特性为约束条件进行绘图,逐步确定各杆件尺寸,避免了设计工作的盲目性。得到的最优解符合输入参数及连杆特性要求,且不依赖样机。因此,图解法确定的反转六连杆机构具有创造性,可供设计者参考。
At present, some small enterprises still follow the traditional analogy and drawing trial and error in the design of loader working devices. These methods have the defects of blindness and limitation. The introduction of the graphic method to work equipment to reverse the six-bar linkage rod as a starting point, bottom-up, to link the characteristics of the bar as a constraint drawing, and gradually determine the size of the rod, to avoid the blindness of the design work. The optimal solution is in accordance with the input parameters and connecting rod characteristics, and does not depend on the prototype. Therefore, the graphically determined reverse six-bar linkage is creative and can be referenced by the designer.
