1921年生于安徽蚌埠的穆青,16岁时便参加了革命,25岁担任《东北日报》采访部主任。解放后,历任新华社华东分社副社长、上海分社社长,新华社国内部主任、副社长、社长等职,一生写了大量影响深远的新闻报道。
Mu Qing, born in 1921 in Bengbu, Anhui Province, joined the revolution when he was 16 years old and was 25 years old as director of the interview department of Northeast Daily. After the liberation, he served successively as vice president of Huadong Branch of Xinhua News Agency, president of Shanghai Branch, director of domestic department of Xinhua News Agency, vice president and president of Xinhua News Agency, and wrote many influential news reports in his life.
