风能是一种取之不尽，用之不竭的特殊能源，尤其是在发电这一领域有其广泛的用途，其无污染，可循环等一些特点在常规能源日渐稀少和可持续发展为主题的今天越来越受到重视。随着我国的十二五规划中关于新能源战略规划的提出，我国的风电发展事业开始进入一个全新的阶段，文章从我国风电发展目前存在的问题出发深刻探究我国风电发展的出路，并针对其中的问题给予相关的政策性建议。
