在某次会议上,受邀就“入世”对中国住宅产业的影响作报告的一位专家透露:国家有关部门在做“十五”计划时,提出了个叫“住房倍增计划”的。这个计划的依据:一是跟其它国家横向比出来的,二是快速城市化进程规定了的。 跟其它国家怎么比?该专家称:美国人均住房面积60m~2、欧洲45m~2、台湾28m~2、新加坡30m~2,而中国内地去年才9.3m~2。为要赶上国际水平,就得“倍增”一番,但我却让他这套比较弄迷糊了。
