目前,世界各工业国把节能放在重要位置。矿山工业也以改善破碎技术作为节能项目和提高经济效益的重要手段之一。现在各国都在加强破碎技术的研究,并已获得了进展。苏联除了改进现有的圆锥破碎机以外,还开辟了另一途径,即惯性破碎机的研制。由苏联有用矿物机械处理科学研究设计院(Механобр)研究,乌拉尔重型机械制造厂参加设计及制造,首先从КИД-600机型开始,现已过渡到КИД-1750型,并试制КИД-2200型。本文介绍磁КИД-1760试验情况。样机安装在德任兹卡兹干斯基矿冶公司,进行了工业试验,检验了样机的机械性能和工艺指标。现将该机的技术性能,试验中出现的设备问题和改进,试验取得的工艺成果分述如下。
At present, all industrial countries in the world put energy conservation at an important position. This article describes the magnetic КИД-1760 test situation. Prototypes were installed in Terezz Katz Ganskar Mining and Metallurgical Company, carried out industrial tests, tested the prototype mechanical properties and process indicators. Now the machine’s technical performance, equipment problems and improvements in the test, test results obtained are summarized below.
