基底细胞癌是人体最常见的恶性肿瘤。有关侵袭眼球、眼眶及颅骨的巨大溃疡型基底细胞癌病例很少报道。我们提供的这个病例其左头面部巨大溃疡,并且肿瘤已经严重侵袭眼球、眼眶及颅骨。
Basal cell carcinoma is the most common malignant tumor in the human body. There are few reports of cases of large, ulcerative basal cell carcinoma affecting the eye, orbit and skull. We provide a huge ulceration of the left head and face, and the tumor has been severely affected by the eye, eyes and skull.
