随着我国市场经济不断发展,电力行业也进入到了高速发展阶段。对于电力企业来说,财务管理作为内部管理的核心,但在实际开展财务预算管理工作中依然存在着一定问题。基于此,为了能够全面推动我国电力行业健康发展,我们必须要认识到电力企业财务预算管理中存在的问题,并进一步提出相应的解决措施。
With the continuous development of China’s market economy, the power industry has entered a stage of rapid development. For power companies, financial management is the core of internal management, but there are still some problems in the actual financial budget management. Based on this, in order to promote the healthy development of China’s power industry in an all-round way, we must recognize the problems existing in the financial budget management of power enterprises and further propose corresponding solutions.
