1990年秋后,农机校组织了一次教学质量民意测验,给了我这个堂堂正正的教师一个“下马威”——全校最低分,评语是“讲课枯燥无味”。会议室里的掌声,自然不是给我的。校长找我谈心,还特意设家宴招待。以酒解闷本是平凡琐事,然而令我震惊的是,普通的蔬菜经校长一加工,竟变成一桌美味可口的佳肴,使本已“气饱”的我不由自主地品尝起来,沉思起来。我把厨师的烹调技术与教师的讲课技巧作起比较来:菜料犹如驾驶员培训教材;编排的菜谱如同备课和板书;蒸煮炒炖等烹饪工艺又类似灌输、启发、实习和示范等教学的方式方法;油盐酱醋等调料更酷似那口头表达的才能及讲解的艺术趣味性……。呵,原来如此!我默默地悔恨,又暗暗地把牙关咬紧。
