目的 研究外源性神经生长因子 (NGF)对大鼠脑缺血再灌注后生长相关蛋白 43 (GAP 43 )和突触素 p3 8表达的影响。 方法 成年健康雌性Wistar大鼠 5 4只 ,随机分为NGF治疗组、对照组和假手术组。采用线栓法建立大脑中动脉缺血再灌注动物模型 ,应用免疫组织化学方法观察NGF对脑缺血再灌注后GAP 43和p3 8表达的影响。结果 脑室注射外缘性NGF后 ,GAP 43和p3 8表达较对照组有所增高 ,但差异无显著性 ( P >0 .0 5 )。结论 提示GAP 43和 p3 8是中枢神经系统损伤和再生的分子标志物 ,外源性NGF对GAP 43和 p3 8的调节有待于进一步研究。
Objective To investigate the effect of exogenous nerve growth factor (NGF) on the expression of GAP 43 and synaptophysin p38 after cerebral ischemia-reperfusion in rats. Methods A total of 54 adult healthy female Wistar rats were randomly divided into NGF treatment group, control group and sham operation group. The animal model of middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) was established by thread occlusion. Immunohistochemistry was used to observe the effect of NGF on the expression of GAP 43 and p38 after cerebral ischemia / reperfusion. Results After intratumoral injection of peripheral NGF, the expression of GAP 43 and p38 was higher than that of the control group, but the difference was not significant (P> 0.05). The results suggest that GAP 43 and p38 are molecular markers of CNS injury and regeneration. The regulation of GAP 43 and p38 by NGF is yet to be further studied.
