目的:分析早产儿血清维生素A水平与新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征(NRDS)的发生及病情严重程度的相关性。方法:选择2013年至2015年我院儿科收治的82例早产儿作为研究对象,根据临床特征及胸部X线片结果,将患儿分为NRDS组和非NRDS组各41例,测定两组患儿的血清维生素A水平,分析NRDS患儿血清维生素A水平与病情严重程度的相关性。结果:胎龄34~36周早产儿,NRDS组血清维生素A水平明显低于非NRDS组(P<0.05),NRDS组中病情较轻的新生儿血清维生素A水平高于病情严重的新生儿(P>0.05),血清维生素A不足0.7μmol/L的新生儿NRDS发生率较高。NRDS患儿维生素A<0.35μmol/L时的发病率为29.27%,维生素A≥0.35μmol/L的发病率为20.76%(P<0.05)。结论:血清维生素A水平相对较低的新生儿更容易发生NRDS。
Objective: To analyze the correlation between serum vitamin A level in preterm infants and neonatal respiratory distress syndrome (NRDS) and the severity of the disease. METHODS: Eighty-two premature infants admitted to our hospital from 2013 to 2015 were selected as study subjects. According to clinical characteristics and chest radiograph results, 41 children were divided into NRDS group and non-NRDS group, respectively. Children with serum vitamin A levels, analysis of NRDS children with serum vitamin A level and the severity of the disease. Results: Serum vitamin A levels in preterm infants and NRDS group were significantly lower than those in non - NRDS group (P <0.05), while those in NRDS group were significantly lower than those in non - NRDS group P> 0.05). The incidence of NRDS in neonates with serum vitamin A less than 0.7μmol / L was higher. The incidence of NRDS children with vitamin A <0.35μmol / L was 29.27%, and the incidence of vitamin A≥0.35μmol / L was 20.76% (P <0.05). Conclusion: Neonates with relatively low serum vitamin A levels are more likely to develop NRDS.
