北京市房地产科研所供暖技术研究室隶属于北京市建委下属的北京市房地产科研所,主要从事供热节能技术的开发、推广和应用,并承接北京市的相关科研课题。北京市1987年开始供暖收费改革,市房地局决定在房地产科研所成立供暖研究部门。1991年,由杨建勋招聘了三个大学生,一起筹建供暖技术研究室。由于社会对节能需求很大,1993年,研究室成立金房暖通节能技术中心,面向社会提供节能技术服务,每年仅小区的节能诊断包括调试,供暖面积超过500万平方米。按照北京市科委精神,2001年3月,研究室改制,金房暖通节能技术公司正式成立,完全市场化运作,将节能定为发展方向,并走技术创新之路。

In accordance with the spirit of Beijing Science and Technology Commission, in March 2001, the research room restructuring, Jinfang HVAC energy saving technology company was formally established, completely market-oriented operation, energy conservation as the development direction, and take the road of technological innovation.
