酸性α—醋酸萘酯酶活性显示法对于白血病细胞类型的鉴别诊断是具有一定价值。现将我院自1982年3月至8月所收集的70例白血病ANAE 活性结果报道于后。材料与方法一、材料70例白血病中急淋21例,急非淋39例、慢红1例,慢淋2例,浆白2例,淋巴肉瘤细胞白血病3例,慢粒急(粒)变2例。各例涂片均经Wright 染色,骨髓细胞形态学、细胞化学(包括POX、SB、PAS、NAP、NSE 及氟化钠抑制)检查以及临床症象而确
Acidic alpha-naphthyl acetate esterase activity assay is of value in the differential diagnosis of leukemia cell types. Now in our hospital from March 1982 to August collected 70 leukemia ANAE activity results reported later.
