我国和世界上很多种植水稻的国家都有香稻栽培品种。香稻以其稻米蒸煮时具有浓郁的芬芳气味和良好的加工、酿造品质而受到欢迎。然而近数十年来我国水稻育种的目标比较集中在提高产量与抗性方面。近年随着人民生活水平的提高和对外搞活经济的需要,稻米品质改良就有其重要意义。其中把香稻的香味遗传因子导入矮秆高产品种,是改良稻米品质的一个新课题。曲江县农科所与华南农学院农学
Many rice-growing countries in our country and in the world have fragrant rice cultivars. Aromatic rice is popular for its rich aromatic smell and good processing and brewing qualities when cooked in rice. However, in recent decades, the goal of rice breeding in China has focused on improving yield and resistance. In recent years, with the improvement of people’s living standard and the need of invigorating the economy abroad, the improvement of rice quality is of great significance. Among them, the introduction of aromatic genetic factors of fragrant rice into high-yielding dwarf varieties is a new topic to improve the quality of rice.
