在铸造铝硅合金基础上,添加Cu、Ni、Mn、V、RE等合金元素研制了改良铸造铝硅合金,并在相同的条件下,将改良铸造铝硅合金与ZL101进行了高温抗氧化性能对比试验。结果表明,改良铸造铝硅合金随着氧化时间的延长,材料表面的氧化膜逐渐长大、加厚,形成均匀、致密、完整的氧化膜,对基体有很好的保护作用;材料300℃氧化动力学曲线遵循对数规律,400℃遵循抛物线规律。这表明改良合金热力学与动力学稳定性比较好,抗氧化性能比ZL101好。
Based on the casting of Al-Si alloy, the modified cast Al-Si alloy was prepared by adding Cu, Ni, Mn, V, RE and other alloying elements.
