以黑龙江省防疫站从哈尔滨市香房区黑线姬鼠分离的EHFV A27为抗原,免疫BALB/c小鼠,鼠龄为6～8周,取小鼠脾细胞与SP2/0-Ag14骨髓瘤细胞进行融合,融合剂为MW=1000的聚乙二醇。6块96孔培养板中共有197孔出现融合细胞,融合率为34.2%。
The EHFV A27 isolated from Apodemus agrarius in Heilongjiang Provincial Epidemic Prevention Station was used as antigen to immunize BALB / c mice for 6-8 weeks. The spleen cells of mice and SP2 / 0-Ag14 myeloma Cells were fused and the fusion agent was polyethylene glycol with MW = 1000. A total of 197 wells in six 96-well plates showed fusion cells with a fusion rate of 34.2%.
