苹果品种间杂交矮化遗传倾向的研究

从37个组合6969株杂交后代中分离出矮化(紧凑型)株系422株,矮化株率6.1％;试验结果看出乔化型性状对矮化性状为显性,矮化性状道传由隐性单基因d控制;现有品种包括紧凑型芽变品种多为Dd杂合体,因此杂交F_1出现分离;矮化比率偏低,矮化×矮化的8个组合1098株后代中只有92株是矮化型,矮化株率8.4％,认为可能还有其他修饰基因在起作用,乔化×乔化组合后代中亦能分离出3.6％的矮化型株系,特别是元帅系和金冠品种组合后代中矮化株率偏高,8个组合合计矮化株率为7.6％,认为新红星等紧凑型芽变品种和元帅系品种及金冠品种均是矮化育种的好亲本。
