本文对两个“三强”竞技体育的管理体制、战略目标、项目布局、选材训练、财物保证等主要特征进行了系统分析,指出“亚洲三强”赶超世界体育强国的一般管理模式应是:优化管理体制(前提)——突出奥运战略(目标)——巧施项目布局(对策)——健全选材、训练、学习制度(主体)——加强科研、训练结合(关键)——保证经费、物资投入(条件)。
This paper systematically analyzes the main features of the management system, strategic objectives, project layout, material selection training and property guarantee of the two “Top Three” competitive sports. It points out that the general management mode of “Top Three Asians” catch up with and surpass the global sports power should be : Optimize the Management System (Premise) - Highlight the Olympic Strategy (Target) - Implement the Project Layout (Countermeasures) - Improve the Selection, Training and Learning System (Main Body) - Strengthen the Combination of Scientific Research and Training (Key) - Ensure Funding , Material inputs (conditions).
