汽轮机机组联轴器对中一般在常温下进行,而汽轮机在工作时,汽轮机蒸汽进口与出口及所带动旋转机械之间存在着较大的温差,造成热膨胀不一,实际工作中采用经验法调整,但仍存在联轴器不对中的现象。分析计算,找出汽轮机机组常温对中应存在的间隙值和调整方法,从而保证汽轮机与旋转机械的联轴器在工作时对中良好,避免了机组振动值超标,延长机组检修周期。
