视网膜母细胞瘤是最常见的眼内恶性肿瘤,一般诊断多无困难。临床与病理的复合率也是比较高的。但是一些临床少见的表现,给诊断和治疗造成困难,甚至误诊失去治疗机会。自1982年至1991年10年间我院共收治视网膜母细胞瘤76例。占同期住院患者的1%左右。男32例(42.1%),女44例(57.9%)。单眼70例(92%),双眼6例(8%)。双眼患病率低于一般的报告。仅高于潘作新报告的双眼发病率3.5%。我们所见双眼发病者少的原因是双眼者未收住院,另一眼
Retinoblastoma is the most common malignancy of the eye and is usually diagnosed without difficulty. Clinical and pathological compound rate is relatively high. However, some clinical rare performance, to the diagnosis and treatment of difficulties, and even missed misdiagnosis of treatment opportunities. 76 cases of retinoblastoma were treated in our hospital from 1982 to 1991.
