目的探讨神经电生理检查对面神经麻痹患者的诊断价值。方法对56例面神经麻痹患者分别于病后1周内及2周后行神经肌电图检测,并于3个月后复查。结果与健侧比较,EMG无动作电位出现,NCV潜伏期延长,波幅降低明显者为面神经严重损害,恢复差;其次为轻,中度损害者,预后较好。结论神经肌电图的检测为临床评估面神经的损害程度及判断预后提供有力的诊断依据。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of neuroelectrophysiology in patients with facial paralysis. Methods Fifty-six patients with facial paralysis were examined by electromyography electromyogram within 1 week and 2 weeks after the illness, and were reviewed after 3 months. Results Compared with contralateral side, there was no action potential of EMG, prolongation of NCV latency, significant decrease of amplitude of facial nerve with severe facial nerve damage and poor recovery; followed by mild and moderate damage, the prognosis was good. Conclusion The detection of neuromuscular electromyogram provides a powerful diagnostic basis for the clinical evaluation of the degree of facial nerve damage and prognosis.
