对行膀胱镜检查的57例良性前列腺增生患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组32例。硝苯地平20mg术前5分钟舌下含化。对照组25例，不用任何药物。结果：治疗组在改善自觉症状，降低膀胱充盈压，减少膀胱痉挛次数等方面明显优于对照组（P＜0．05，P＜0．01）。
57 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Treatment group of 32 cases. Nifedipine 20mg sublingual 5 minutes before surgery. Control group of 25 patients without any drugs. Results: The treatment group was significantly better than the control group (P <0.05, P <0.01) in improving symptoms, reducing the bladder filling pressure and reducing the number of bladder spasms.
