围绝经期综合征是指妇女在绝经前后,由于卵巢功能衰退或丧失出现性激素波动或减少而引起的以植物神经功能紊乱、代谢障碍为主的一系列症候群,又称为更年期综合征。临床表现为月经改变、潮热多汗、胸闷气短、心悸、眩晕、水肿、血压波动幅度大、失眠、易激动等。多发生于45~55岁的女性,临床症状多变,轻重不一,严重者影响患者的正常工作
