为观察双氯芬酸钠凝胶外用治疗类风湿关节炎（ＲＡ）的疗效和安全性，我们对其与阳性对照药吲哚美辛擦剂治疗１２２例ＲＡ进行了随机、单盲，平行性和多中心的临床验证。结果表明：双氯芬酸钠凝胶治疗６７例ＲＡ的总有效率为７１．６４％，不良反应发生率为１０．４４％；吲哚美辛擦剂治疗５５例ＲＡ的总有效率为６１．８２％不良反应发生率为３６．６％。提示两药的疗效相近，但前者的不良反应发生率明显低于后者。
To observe the efficacy and safety of topical diclofenac sodium gel in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis (RA), we conducted a randomized, single-blind, parallel and multicenter study of 122 patients with RA treated with indomethacin, a positive reference drug. Clinical validation. The results showed that the total effective rate of diclofenac sodium gel treatment of 67 cases of RA was 71.64%, the incidence of adverse reactions was 10.44%; indomethacin liniment 55 cases of RA total effective rate was 61.82% The incidence of adverse reactions was 36.6%. Prompt two drugs similar efficacy, but the former adverse reaction rate was significantly lower than the latter.
