一、引言创造行为并非是一种单纯的理性活动。所谓创造,是中断或改变先前人们约定俗成的某些态度、方法、惯例或认知习惯。创造不仅表现于自然科学领域,还表现于人类文化的任何领域,甚至是细微的生活细节上。创造是复杂的心理活动,是天赋认知能力、个性特征、价值观等多因素的组合。长期以来,我国的教育观、人才观过多地强调创造的智力因素。事实上,智商只是一种指标,即代表着一位被试者在各种不同的能力倾向测验中的成绩依据。那么是什么促进了对智力的创造性应用呢?心理学的研究表明:个性是创造性形成和发挥的最有效力的非智力因素。这一点在我国却未引起应有的重视。我们在对大学生进行心理咨询的实践中,深切地体会到,揭示个性和创造能力之间的关系,对于正确对待学生、有效地开展思想工作、激发学生的创造性,都有重要意义。
I. INTRODUCTION Creating behavior is not a purely rational activity. The so-called creation, is to interrupt or change some of the conventions people previously established attitude, methods, practices or cognitive habits. Creation is manifested not only in the field of natural science but also in any field of human culture, even in subtle details of life. Creation is a complex psychological activity, which is a combination of multiple factors such as cognitive abilities, personality traits and values. For a long time, China’s education concept and talent concept have emphasized too much on the intellectual factors created. In fact, IQ is just an indicator of the performance of a subject in a variety of aptitude tests. So what is the promotion of the creative use of intelligence? Psychological studies have shown that: personality is creative and play the most effective non-intellectual factors. This has not been given due attention in our country. In our practice of counseling college students, we deeply realize that revealing the relationship between personality and creativity is of great significance to the correct treatment of students, the effective development of ideological work, and the creativity of students.
