研制并应用了一种双道非色散原子荧光光度计;仪器结构简单,成本低廉,它可以同时进行二种元素的测定。使用了日盲光电倍增管,隔离空气-乙快火焰,锁定放大器和普通空心阴极灯,七个元素的检测极限分别为:Cd0.0002ppm,Zn0.0003ppm,Mg0.0007ppm,Ni0.01ppm,Co0.01ppm,Fe0.02ppm,Mn0.03ppm。仪器应用于球墨铸铁、合金钢、铝合金、镍基合金中七种元素的分析,得到满意的结果,因此,原子荧光光谱法作为一种分析技术将会得到广泛地应用。
A two-channel non-dispersive atomic fluorescence photometer has been developed and applied. The instrument has the advantages of simple structure and low cost. It can measure the two elements at the same time. Using blind photomultiplier tube, isolated air - B fast flame, lock-in amplifier and ordinary hollow cathode lamp, the detection limits of the seven elements are: Cd0.0002ppm, Zn0.0003ppm, Mg0.0007ppm, Ni0.01ppm, Co0. 01 ppm, Fe 0.02 ppm, Mn 0.03 ppm. The instrument is applied to the analysis of seven elements in ductile iron, alloy steel, aluminum alloy and nickel-base alloy, and satisfactory results are obtained. Therefore, atomic fluorescence spectrometry will be widely applied as an analytical technique.
